Yoga on York is beginning a new class called Spinoga which introduces Spinning and Yoga in one 2-hour class. This class is designed specifically for cyclists and tri-athletes, but anyone can join. Class size is capped at 12 persons and reservations are required.
Class begins 1/2/2011, 1:30-3:30PM. This is a donation based class, so pay what you feel is appropriate, but be generous.
